The Submitted Drillers Report (SDR) Database is populated from the online Texas Well Report Submission and Retrieval System (TWRSRS) which is a cooperative Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) application that registered water-well drillers use to submit their required reports.

Access to your e-SDR statement(s) is protected by the personal Account Number and Business Identification Number (BIN) assigned to each user, and access to SDR statements is protected by the Login ID and Password assigned to each SDR user. Statements are stored on-line for seven (7) years, so you can print a copy whenever you need one.
